what a fantastic day was yesterday really enjoyed the excel went for Boccia which was good saw the table tennis which was very good but loved the Fencing it was amazing it can all be over so quick
....not looking forward tonight its nearly all over so sad :-( -
am just getting bag sorted for tomorrow i will see you both bright and early in the morning :-)..... last weekend of Paralympic :-( what a fab summer it has been :-)

dont visit for two weeks now back twice in one night !!!!! im back again next weekend (must be mad ) and am getting early train will have to see if on same one i may be slightly later .....but only

i dont visit the page for a couple weeks and you go all posh ....... Wow what a wonderful at the Paralympics we had the best view(sorry) and we were warm as could feel the heat from the flame (again
sorry) :-) wonderful seeing so many medals and athletes it was amazing ...... see you in schl 2moro :-( not so amazing but we can sit in a corner and compare notes or just bore everyone else :-) see

we have had a FANTASTIC day today left home at 04.50AM and returned home 21.30 we r knackered sun burnt but still on a high it was truly a fantastic day bloody hell was it hot we were at the very top
at the hockey and the sun started coming out bout 08.30.we hid under a bridge for lunch is was just so hot (even for me & i love the sun ) we meet up with Helen's Mum Dad & sister b4 the
Bronze medal match- which we got the Bronze result :-) i walked the park bout 3 times over i have photo'd EVERYTHING (probably twice) it was totaly AMAZING - but boy oh boy was it HOT ...... hope you
enjoyed ur day & the hockey in a pub. cant believe it all so nearly over...... NO :-( -

but he did have to get up at 4AM to get to Swindon to meet me to get r train to London so 9.30 was lunch time for him - we meet random man Joe - not sure how i did it but found him in a crowd of a
million someome ive never meet b4 we went to get a drink but the q at Mc's was bout a mile long !!!!! we had aquick look around but as there all day Friday will have a better look the hope ur

Spent today watching tv---done nothing bar feed the kittens and cats---and grab something for us to eat. The olympics so far have been amazing and you are sooooooo lucky to be in london taking
part---Max has been watching the sailing ---wishing he was taking part.He came 2nd in the National class years ago at La Rochelle---so delighted to say---and well done Murray.the track events
