Mascots on Tour

After much thought and careful consideration we allowed Wenlock and Manderville to come along for the journey up the games. They have been somewhat depressed since 2012 and so we all thought meeting a new mascot would be a good thing as they could help Clyde with hints and tips.

Our big concern is that they would be uspet it wasnt them who would be the headline act and talk of the games.

They also assured us they would be ok staying in the room and were warned as to wild parties and too much drinking.

We shouldn't have worried the the 3 of them are getting on famously. There is some jealousy that Clyde has seen Track Cycling and will be going to Gymnastics but they did go to swimming and diving.

Clyde is sonewhat perturbed by the fact he seems to be travelling in a smaller bag to what the others had experienced and this has been more noticable as he keeps catching his hair in the zip.

He also finds it odd that Wenlock and Manderville dont have hair, or clothes and only one eye. They seem to he sharing experiences and Clyde was fully briefed when they all met to ensure he was as up to speed with being a mascot to a big event as he could be.
